A few good questions.

Is the invoice maker actually free?

Yes. Creating, saving and printing invoices and estimates is free, with no document count limit or mandatory account. The optional billing kit is a separate one-time purchase.

Where are my invoices stored?

In this browser on this device. They are not uploaded to Vibeful. There is no automatic cloud sync; export a JSON backup before clearing browser storage or changing devices.

Does Vibeful send invoices or collect client payments?

No. You download the invoice and send it yourself. Add your own payment instructions. Stripe checkout on this website is only for buying the optional Vibeful billing kit.

Will this calculate the taxes I owe?

You enter the applicable rates. The calculator applies them to the subtotal after discount, independently. It does not determine registration, tax obligations or jurisdiction-specific invoice requirements.

Can I convert an estimate into an invoice?

Yes. Save the estimate, open Saved documents and choose Convert to invoice. The original estimate is kept and the new invoice has its own number and dates.
