Refunds & cancellation

How to request help
Use the legal contact form and select Refund or Complaint. Give your reply email, payment date and a payment or invoice reference if available. Never send a full card number. You do not need to book a call, explain personal circumstances or rely on replying to an unverified receipt address. A request is recorded when the form returns a reference number.
Business projects
The accepted project order should specify deposits, milestones, cancellation and refund treatment before payment. We will review work actually delivered, approved third-party commitments, defects and applicable law. We do not impose a universal non-refundable deposit or an undisclosed cancellation penalty through this page. Fees for undelivered work are not automatically earned because they were prepaid.
Subscriptions
When offered under an explicit order, cancel through the billing portal or contact form to stop future renewals on the disclosed terms. State the account and plan. A refund for the current period depends on the agreed terms and mandatory rights, including services not delivered or improperly charged. We will not require marketing consent to cancel.
Voluntary creative-site support
Earlier support contributions were offered with a refund on request, without a deadline or reason. That promise remains available for those contributions and is not shortened by this update. A certificate is an acknowledgement, not an investment, ownership right or charitable tax receipt. Calling a payment “support” does not remove applicable statutory rights.
Refunds normally return through the original payment method. Processing and bank posting times vary; we will confirm the status rather than guarantee a bank deadline. Where the original method cannot receive the refund, an appropriate alternative must be agreed.
Disputes and purchases
Nothing here prevents contacting your bank, a regulator or a court or using a mandatory cancellation, warranty or refund remedy. Where checkout is available, you can review the amount and terms before authorizing payment. A technical payment outage does not close the refund or payment-support request channel.
