Arrow keys, A and D, or the pad. On a phone, drag anywhere on the board and the paddle follows your thumb, which is easier than aiming at buttons. Where the ball lands on the paddle decides the angle it leaves at, so the middle sends it straight back up and the edges throw it wide. The top row is worth six times the bottom one, and the ball gets quicker the longer you keep it off the floor.
