After submitting

Keep the reference shown. Submitting does not immediately issue a refund, erase records or verify identity. We review your request and applicable deadlines; Canadian access requests are generally handled within 30 days, subject to lawful exceptions.

If the form fails, you can reply to an existing conversation. You retain the right to contact the appropriate regulator.
