Writing useful emails

How do I write a first B2B outreach email?

Use a short structure: a verified observation, a clear explanation of your offer, and one question that is easy to answer. Write so the recipient can understand the relevance without opening an attachment or booking a call. Keep your identity clear and include the required contact and unsubscribe information.

How to approach it

  1. Mention one fact you actually checked.
  2. Describe the work you do in plain language.
  3. Finish with a question about the current process.
Illustrative example

“I saw your team serves several locations. We build tools that organize incoming service requests. Do those requests go through one shared inbox today?” Adapt the wording to the actual business; do not paste the same observation everywhere.
