How do I cancel a Vibeful subscription?
Open Billing in your workspace and use Manage billing to reach Stripe’s customer portal. Choose cancellation and check the effective date shown there. The configured portal cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Keep the confirmation and verify the subscription status if you are unsure.
How to approach it
- Sign in as the workspace owner.
- Open the billing portal and confirm cancellation.
- Check the displayed end date and retain the confirmation.
Pausing an outreach campaign stops that campaign, not the subscription. If you cannot access the portal, use the contact form for billing help and include an invoice reference rather than a full card number.
