Where can I find subscription invoices and update my card?
The workspace owner can open Manage billing to use Stripe’s customer portal. It provides invoice history and payment method management for the customer attached to that workspace. Keep payment details in Stripe’s secure flow. A support request should include a reference and a description, never a full card number or security code.
How to approach it
- Open Billing in the correct workspace.
- Use the portal’s invoice history or payment method section.
- Check that the expected update is shown before leaving.
If you manage several workspaces, verify which one you selected. An invoice belonging to a different customer should not be accessible merely because you know its number.
