Which currency does Vibeful charge for subscriptions?
The outreach workspace displays monthly plan prices in Canadian dollars, and its checkout uses the matching CAD monthly price. Switching between French and English does not change the billing currency. Always review Stripe’s final checkout summary for the exact amount and any displayed adjustments before confirming.
How to approach it
- Look for CAD in the workspace and checkout.
- Review any promotion or tax shown in the payment summary.
- Ask billing support about a discrepancy before paying.
An English-language workspace in Canada still uses the advertised CAD price. Your card issuer may apply its own conversion if the card account uses another currency; that is separate from Vibeful’s displayed charge.
