Email delivery
Why are my B2B emails going to spam?
Inbox placement depends on several factors, including authentication, sender reputation, recipient expectations, complaints, and message quality. A successful send only means the receiving system accepted the message; it does not prove inbox placement. Investigate evidence before changing domains or increasing volume.
How to approach it
- Check authentication results on a message received at an address you control.
- Review bounces, complaints, and recent sending changes.
- Pause weak targeting and remove invalid or opted-out contacts.
If delivery problems begin after a large volume increase, reduce activity and inspect provider responses. Rewriting a few “spam words” will not repair an unverified sender or an unwanted campaign.
