Replies and follow-ups

How should I respond when a prospect is not interested?

Accept the response and stop the sales sequence. Do not require the person to justify the decision or respond to another pitch. If the reply asks for no further contact, record it as an opt-out and ensure other campaigns respect it. A polite decline is useful information about fit or timing, not an objection you must overcome.

How to approach it

  1. Stop pending follow-ups immediately.
  2. Record the response accurately in the shared workspace.
  3. Keep any acknowledgment short and free of another sales request.
Illustrative example

“Thanks for letting me know. I’ll close the loop here.” is enough when an acknowledgment is appropriate. Do not add a discount, a booking link, or a question demanding an explanation.
