Replies and follow-ups
What should I send when a prospect asks for more information?
Answer the request with the smallest useful explanation of your approach, scope, and next step. Use the context from the conversation rather than attaching a generic presentation. If an important detail is missing, ask one clarifying question. A request for information does not mean the prospect has agreed to a demo or a sales sequence.
How to approach it
- Summarize the relevant use case in plain language.
- Link to one answer or example that fits the request.
- Ask whether the explanation matches the situation.
For a buyer asking about inbox automation, explain what enters the workflow, what the system prepares, and what a person approves. Save unrelated features for a later discussion.
